As an organisation that’s in close and regular contact with over 15,000 households across the North East and Yorkshire we are in a unique position to make a positive contribution to improving the quality of life of our residents in ways that go beyond the bricks and mortar of our core housing services.  We feel that this unrivalled access to people and communities will be of interest to other organisations who share our objectives and agenda.
